Ball X Pit is out now on PC, and it’s another unique rogue-lite bound to take up hours of your time. We had a blast playing through it and gave it one of our highest scores of the year; I’m sure many players were enjoying its demo in anticipation.

There are a lot of balls in Ball x Pit, which opens us up for a lot of jokes, none of which we can make here. There are also plenty of awesome combinations to discover. Some are stronger than others, but they all have their uses.

Here are all the balls, both standard and special, that you can come across in Ball x Pit. I also offer some strategy advice at the end on what seems to work best for me.

When I first heard about Ball x Pit, I wasn’t really interested in the concept. A roguelite brickbreaker doesn’t sound like my type of game. So when it landed in my inbox and I decided to give it a go, my expectations were fairly low.

I was stunned to discover what is easily one of the most fun games released in 2025. I’m already approaching 30 hours, and I can see myself easily doubling that in the weeks to come.
